  • PIERRICK HARANG LE BIO BALTHAZAR MINERVOIS BLANC

    Le Bio Balthazar Minervois blanc is a blend of the southern French grapes Rolle or Vermentino (35%), Grenache Blanc (35%) and Marsanne (30%) In the g class, the Le Bio Balthazar Blanc has a light yellow color with green and silver accents. Smooth and smoky with notes of citrus fruit, pears, white blossom and peaches. Fresh wine, well balanced. Fruity aftertaste. The wine is organic, Ecocert FR-BIO-01 certified.

  • PIERRICK HARANG LE PETIT BALTHAZAR MERLOT

    The Petit Balthazar Merlot is the red version. The wine has a fresh dark ruby red color in the glass. In the nose notes of blackcurrant and cherries and a little espresso and liquorice. In the mouth the wine is fruity with a pleasant freshness with red and some dark fruit. Special about this red wine is the low alcohol content of only 11%. This red Petit Balthazar is a delicious standalone glass but also perfect with lasagna, pizza and a platter with tasty sausage.

    Fresh, easy drinking, fruit driven Rosé, naturally light in alcohol. Strong nose of strawberries and blueberries, making a fresh and fruit attack balanced by roundness and life. Lasting fruity finish.

     

  • PIERRICK HARANG LE PETIT BALTHAZAR VIOGNIER SAUVIGNON BLANC

    Lively and fruit driven Sauvignon Viognier, naturally lighter in alcohol. Intense nose with lime, grapefruit and exotic fruits.  Crispy and fresh attack, balanced with roundness and acidity.  Good fruity finish.

     

  • MERITXELL PALLEJÀ MAGRAN

    Magran by Meritxell Palleja is an unctuous, terroir driven wine made from 100% Grenache. It has beautiful aromas of wild black cherry, balsamic notes, Mediterranean herbs, ripe red fruit, and toasted oak notes. The grapes come from a steep terraced vineyard in Partida Les Manyetes de Gratallops which sits on hard black slate soil and was planted in 2008. It has a wonderful aspect picking up the sun all day long. The wine is aged in French oak for 13 months.

  • MERITXELL PALLEJÀ LA COSTA DEL RIU

    100% Garnacha (Grenache) grapes. La Costa del Riu is a single varietal Garnacha wine from the small boutique producer Meritxell Palleja, made from grapes harvested in the vineyard La Costa del Riu which is only 0.5 hectares in size. The grapes are de-stemmed, then macerated with two punching downs a day. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeast then aged 14 months in new French oak barrels with an additional 12 months of bottle aging.

  • ANTIYAL PURA FE GARNACHA, SYRAH

    This blend is inspired by one of the favorite regions, the Rhone Valley in France. The goal was to achieve that complexity while also expressing the Maipo terroir.The Garnacha vines grow in alluvial basalt rocks, once part of the Inca River, creating layers of aromatics, hints of fresh fruit and floral notes. With approximately 30%Syrah added,the wine is lifted with dark berry notes and a medium body structure.

    After being rediscovered in 1994, the Carmenere winemaking process needed to be redesigned to express the distinct character of this decades-long misunderstood grape. Alvaro Espinoza was lucky to be involved in this new winemaking process during his previous position at Carmen Vineyards. A wine with great expression,but at the same time light, fresh, elegant,and easy to enjoy.

    AGING:100%in French oak barrels for ten months.

    Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most important grapes in Chile, especially in the Maipo Valley.The grape has adapted very well to the climate and historically brings great prestige to the wines created from it.100%Cabernet, this approachable red was cultivated using Biodynamic practices to express its unique character and excellent balance。A lively palate shows ripe berries pepper notes and velvety tannins.

    This high-voltage red has great fruit expression with notes of earth and spice on the finish。An enticing complexity refreshes the palate sip after sip and has excellent potential for cellaring.

    AGING:100%in French oak barrels for twelve months(1/3 new,1/3 second use,1/3 third use)
